The construction entrepreneurs who carry out public construction works shall be classified as follows based on
the prescribed grounds:
(a) Construction entrepreneur of class “A”;
(b) Construction entrepreneur of class “B”;
(c) Construction entrepreneur of class “C”;
(d) Construction entrepreneur of class “D”.
